Data Recipients

Last updated: August 11, 2026

1. What this page is

To run NiniOne we rely on other companies. Where they handle personal data on our behalf, we are required to tell you who they are or what categories they fall into. This page does that.

We describe them by category rather than by name. Our specific choice of providers is a commercial matter, and publishing it would hand our competitors a map of how the product is built. If you need the exact names — for your own compliance records or a data processing agreement — write to us and we will provide the full list under a confidentiality agreement.

We only pass on what a provider needs to do its job. We do not sell personal data, and no provider we use is permitted to train their models on your content on our instruction.

3. Transfers outside the European Union

Some AI generation providers operate from the United States. Where personal data reaches them, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, and we send only what the request itself requires — a prompt, a photo, an audio file — never your account or billing records.

4. Where we publish on your behalf

These are not our suppliers. They are your own accounts, which you connect and can disconnect at any time. We list them because your content does travel there, at your instruction:

  • Meta (Instagram, Facebook, Threads) — Publishing to your connected accounts
  • Google (YouTube) — Publishing to your connected channel
  • Telegram — Publishing to your connected channel

Access tokens for these accounts are encrypted before they are stored and are used only to publish what you scheduled. Disconnecting an account deletes its token.

5. Changes

If we add or replace a category of recipient, we update this page. If a change materially affects how your data is handled, we will also email the address on your account before it takes effect, so you have time to object or to leave.
