Data Recipients

1. What this page is
To run NiniOne we rely on other companies. Where they handle personal data on our behalf, we are required to tell you who they are or what categories they fall into. This page does that.
We describe them by category rather than by name. Our specific choice of providers is a commercial matter, and publishing it would hand our competitors a map of how the product is built. If you need the exact names — for your own compliance records or a data processing agreement — write to us and we will provide the full list under a confidentiality agreement.
We only pass on what a provider needs to do its job. We do not sell personal data, and no provider we use is permitted to train their models on your content on our instruction.
2. Categories of recipients
| Category | What it does | Data involved | Region |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cloud hosting & database | Running the application, storing your account and your content | Account data, brand kit, generated content, encrypted access tokens | European Union |
| Application delivery & logging | Serving the site, recording technical errors, and measuring page performance | Request metadata, IP address, logs, page load timings | European Union + global edge |
| AI generation providers | Producing images, video, speech and written copy from your instructions | Prompts, brand kit, uploaded photos, video and audio | European Union and United States |
| Video processing providers | Editing, captioning and reformatting video | Video files you upload or generate, caption text | European Union |
| Email delivery | Sign-up confirmation, password reset, service notifications | Email address, name | European Union |
| Payment processing | Taking subscription payments and issuing refunds | Billing details, payment method tokens | European Union |
| Advertising & conversion measurement | Measuring whether our ad campaigns reach real signups and customers. Only active if you accept the cookie banner | Hashed email address, browser identifiers, IP address, pages viewed | United States |
3. Transfers outside the European Union
Some AI generation providers operate from the United States. Where personal data reaches them, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, and we send only what the request itself requires — a prompt, a photo, an audio file — never your account or billing records.
4. Where we publish on your behalf
These are not our suppliers. They are your own accounts, which you connect and can disconnect at any time. We list them because your content does travel there, at your instruction:
- Meta (Instagram, Facebook, Threads) — Publishing to your connected accounts
- Google (YouTube) — Publishing to your connected channel
- Telegram — Publishing to your connected channel
Access tokens for these accounts are encrypted before they are stored and are used only to publish what you scheduled. Disconnecting an account deletes its token.
5. Changes
If we add or replace a category of recipient, we update this page. If a change materially affects how your data is handled, we will also email the address on your account before it takes effect, so you have time to object or to leave.
6. Questions
Write to privacy@ninione.app. See also our Privacy Policy and data deletion instructions.
