Deleting your data

NiniOne (operated from Tbilisi, Georgia) lets you delete your data at any time. This includes any data we obtained through Facebook Login or the Instagram and Facebook Pages you connected.

Option 1 — Remove the app from Facebook

When you remove NiniOne from your Facebook account (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites), Facebook automatically notifies us and we delete the access tokens and connection records for that account.

Option 2 — Delete from inside NiniOne

• Open Brand → Connected channels and disconnect any social account. This immediately removes its stored token.
• To delete your entire account and all generated content, go to Settings and use the account deletion option, or email us (below).

Option 3 — Email us

Send a deletion request to privacy@ninione.app from the email address on your account. We complete verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we delete

• Social account access tokens and connection records;
• Brand kit, AI prompts, and generated media tied to your account;
• Scheduled posts and their metadata.

Some records may be retained where required by law (for example, billing records) for the legally mandated period, then deleted.
