Acceptable Use Policy

1. Why this exists

NiniOne generates content with AI and publishes it to social platforms on your behalf. That combination can be misused, and misuse harms real people, gets accounts banned, and puts our access to the AI providers and social platforms we depend on at risk. This policy sets out what is not allowed. It applies to everything you create, upload, schedule or publish through the Service.

2. You must not use the Service to

• Impersonate a real person or organisation. That includes generating a synthetic likeness or voice of someone without their documented consent, and publishing as though you were a brand you do not represent.
• Create sexual content involving minors, or any sexual content of a real person without their consent. This is an immediate and permanent termination, and we report it where the law requires.
• Deceive. Fabricated news, invented quotes attributed to real people, fake reviews or testimonials, fake endorsements, or manipulated media presented as a genuine record of events.
• Harass, threaten, or incite violence or hatred against a person or a group, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.
• Publish content you have no right to publish— material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, image rights or confidentiality.
• Break the rules of the platforms you connect.Your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn or Telegram account remains subject to that platform's own terms; automation does not exempt you from them. Spam, engagement farming, and coordinated inauthentic posting are prohibited.
• Promote what we will not carry: weapons, illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, malware, stolen data or credentials, and fraudulent financial schemes.
• Give regulated advice as though it were professional advice — medical, legal or financial — without the qualifications and disclosures the law where you operate requires.
• Attack the Service: circumventing token limits or plan restrictions, reselling access without a written agreement, scraping, reverse engineering, or probing our infrastructure.

3. AI-generated content is your responsibility

You decide what to generate and what to publish. AI models can produce confident, plausible and wrong output, including invented facts, incorrect numbers and mistranscribed speech. Review what you publish. Once it goes out on your account, it is your publication.

Where a platform, an advertising regulator or the law in your market requires AI-generated or synthetic media to be labelled as such, that labelling is your obligation.

4. Content you upload

You keep ownership of what you upload. By uploading it, you confirm you have the rights to use it, including the consent of any identifiable person appearing in it, and you allow us to process it for the sole purpose of providing the Service — which includes sending it to the AI providers described on our data recipients page so they can perform the transcription, editing or generation you asked for.

5. What happens if you break these rules

Depending on what happened and how serious it is, we may remove content, disable a specific feature, suspend the account, or terminate it. Serious cases — the first two items in section 2 above, and anything that endangers a person — result in immediate termination without notice and without refund, and we cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.

Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we tell you what happened and give you a chance to respond and to export your data.

6. Reporting misuse

If you believe content published through NiniOne breaks this policy, or infringes your rights, write to support@ninione.app with a link and a short description. We investigate every report.
